These programmes are over five days and because we never have more than 12 participants on any one programme you get a superior and individual learning experience.

Your non residential programme offers learning and Development that includes expert programme directors, five days learning, all learning materials and lunches.

As part of your time with us these programmes offer your small select group a welcome reception, a programme dinner and a half a day cultural excursion.
